There are elimination games for some divisions on Saturday & 8U is a 1 day event. We will be offering a 2 day pass, but please choose your purchase wisely. All gate fees are non-refundable.

  • Be prepared to play 15 minutes after previous game ends. 
  • Home team for each game in the double elimination event will be determined by a coin flip..except for the championship game. Home team for the championship game will be the team from the winner's bracket. However, if the IF game has to be played, the home team will be the team from the loser's bracket. 
  • Rosters need to be online. Please make every effort to move players from "pending" to "approved". However, players who are showing pending are still eligible to play. Grand Slam Sports Tournaments or Triple Play Sports will not be held responsible for players liability wise who are showing pending since their waiver has not been signed for that team.
  • Grand Slam will provide 2 game balls for each games. Teams need to be prepared to throw in game conditioned game balls and help retrieve foul balls. 
  • Gate fees are $10/daily or $15 for a two day pass for ages 12 & up. 
  • Senior Citizen & Military Discount is $5 daily. Military ID does not cover entire family. 
  • All gate fees are non refundable. 
  • Coaches who enter with a pass are free, others with them still must pay the gate fee. 
  • Coaches must have a pass to enter the gate Sunday. 
  • 14U must use -3
  • 9U-12U pitching is 8 innings for the weekend. No Daily Limit ....14U  is 10 innings for the weekend. No daily limits. 
  • 9U-12U time limit is 1:20
  • 14U time is 1:40
  • Coach Pitch time limit is 55 minutes 
  • 9U will play with a 6 run per inning limit for all games in the fall
  • DO NOT let an umpire tell you they are stopping a game within 5 minutes of the time limit. Stop the plate meeting or when you are told this immediately and call for a director. 
  • Pay attention to your post game score cards before signing. Make sure score & pitching is correct! 
  • Catchers must wear a one piece helmet. 
  • Protest fees are $300 cash up front no exceptions. You get this back for a successful protest. Protest must be done between the 1st pitch & last pitch and it is encouraged to do as early as possible if you think you will be protesting. Protest must be done during the game. 
  • Run rules are 12 after 3 - 10 after 4 - 8 after 5
  • Extra innings - Last batter from the previous inning on 2nd base with 0 outs. 
  • 2nd Extra inning - Last 3 batters from previous inning to load the bases with 1 out. 
  • 3rd to 1st pick off is legal. 
  • Head first slides are legal to any base unless a face mask, jaw flap, or chin strap is worn. 1st offense is a team warning, next offense is an out. This only applies when advancing to the next base. 
  • Grand Slam plays be National Federation High School rules...with the exception of rules listed here or corporate Grand Slam. State Directors have the discretion to modify corporate rules. 
  • Make checks out to "Triple Play Sports" and pay your field director no later than start of 2nd pool play game. 2nd Pool Play game will NOT start until entry fee is paid. 
  • There is a director for every 4 fields. If you have an issue stop the game and call for a director. We can't help you after the game is over. 
  • Be respectful to the gate girls. 


Any pattern of badgering of an umpire, other fans, coaches, players, directors, gate workers, etc...will result in being escorted from the park by the local PD. Coaches, if we have to eject one of your fans, the head coach of that team will be ejected also. NO exceptions! Please help control your fans. Coaches, if you put your hands on an umpire, you will be prosecuted & vice versa for umpires to coaches. Tournament Directors have the discretion to have anyone removed from the park. Gate fees are nonrefundable.
