Welcome to TurfaMania! We look forward to hosting you this weekend. 

Please have your tournament entry fee paid before your second pool game. If paying with a check, make it out to The Tournament Team

Gate fee is $7 daily. Ages 12 & under are free. There will be an $18 3 day pass available Friday. There will not be any two day passes. Please look at your schedule & note possible bracket games on Saturday. Please make parents aware if they purchase the 3 day pass & you play a bracket game on Saturday & get eliminated, there are no refunds. Gate fees are non-refundable.

Game times - Coach Pitch 1:00....9-12 1:25.....13/14 1:40. If you have an umpire tell you that you will not start a new inning withing 5 minutes of time expiring, call time and request a field director immediately. We can't help you once the game is over.

Please be at the field ready to warm up when previous game ends, 15 minute max between games. 

If your division has potential bracket games on Saturday, DO NOT ASSUME STANDINGS. No matter what the standings say, it could change when last game is entered and bracket is set. Be prepared to play! 

Please pay attention to the score & pitching records on the scorecards before signing. This is an issue every week and it shouldn't be. 

14U Division is -3 BBCOR only! 13U must use -5 or BBCOR 

9UA Division, your bracket is 1 day, therefore you have a 6 inning max on pitching for player. 

All teams provide high school quality game conditioned balls for pool play. Grand Slam will provide for bracket play. 

For all games in Flowood & The Quarry

• NO METAL SPIKES
• NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS, GUM, OR CANDY IS ALLOWED IN THE DUGOUT OR PLAYING FIELD
• CITY OF FLOWOOD INVESTED GREATLY IN THESE FIELDS & WE WILL NOT JEOPARDIZE OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE. 
• DON'T BRING SEEDS, DON'T EAT THEM, DON'T SPIT THEM ON THE GROUND.
• WE SAY THIS EVERY TIME & EVERY TIME A FEW PEOPLE CHOOSE TO IGNORE IT.
• THE CITY OF FLOWOOD  & BRANDON ASKED US TO PUT A POLICY IN PLACE FOR THIS, SO THEREFORE,
• ANY COACH/PLAYER WHO CHOOSES TO IGNORE THIS REQUEST COULD BE SUBJECT TO AN EJECTION & SAID TEAM COULD BE SUBJECT TO A FORFEIT.
• OUR DIRECTORS WILL BE INSPECTING DUGOUTS AT FLOWOOD & THE QUARRY AFTER EACH GAME & IF YOUR TEAM LEAVES SUNFLOWER SEEDS WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE A $150 FEE. 
• IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT PAY THIS FEE, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY YOUR NEXT GAME.  
• IF YOU SIT ALONG THE OUTFIELD FENCE PLEASE CARRY YOUR TRASH TO A TRASH CAN BEFORE LEAVING. 

Just please leave the seeds at home. 

Please continue to practice social distancing. Families/households sit together & stay 6 feet apart from others. 

Do not sit in the bleachers.

Wash your hands & let a field director know if the bathrooms are missing anything. 

The executive order issued by the Governor of Mississippi is posted under documents tab of this event. It is the coach's responsibility to pass that information along to parents and follow the guidelines in that order.
