Sunday Weather Update 6:40 a.m.

Due to the predicted steady rain in the forecast today, the tournament at Flowood, Pearl, & Quarry has been canceled. 

Teams can pick up their 1st & 2nd place awards between 9 and 11 am today at Comfort Suites in Flowood, 121 Hospitality Drive. After this, other arrangements will have to be made at a later time

Sunday Weather Update

Coaches & parents, the weather forecast tomorrow has increasingly become worse. 

Games at Flowood for tomorrow have been moved up to 11:00. 

However, it's a high probability that we are not able to play tomorrow if the forecast stays the same. 

In hopes of the forecast giving us a window or a break, we will make a final call at 6:30 a.m. 

At that time, if the forecast is still calling for rain all day, we will most likely not play. 

Awards will be given to first & 2nd place based off of pool play standings and instructions on how to get you rings tomorrow will also be sent out in the morning. 

This event is a 3 game guarantee, therefore, if we rain out, teams will receive a partial credit toward their next event. That amount will also be sent out tomorrow if needed. 

In conclusion, the event is still on for Sunday & a decision on whether we are able to play will be made Sunday at 6:30 am.

COACHES PASSES

• Each team has received their coaches pass via text to the head coach. Coach pitch get 4 & kid pitch get 3. 
• Each pass has a number. Once that number has passed through the gate, that number is invalid for the weekend. 
• If you think you should have a pass, get with your head coach, it is not our responsibility to dictate who gets passes on each team.

Mark Paul can't be in all 3 locations at once. It will be up to your team to make sure they arrive early or stay later if

accommodations need to be met to see him

• He will be in Flowood between 9 & 1 Saturday
• He will be in Pearl between 1:30 & 5:30 Saturday
• He will be at the Quarry Sunday from 9:00-1:00
