🧢 ROSTER RULES UPDATE
🔒 Roster Lock
Rosters lock at 8:00 AM Saturday or 1 hour before first game (whichever comes first)
NO player additions after lock
🚨 Injury Exception
If a player is injured during the event:
• Must occur at the event
• Must be reported to Site Director or UIC
• Replacement allowed ONLY if lineup drops below 9 players
• Replacement player must NOT have played in the event
❌ If you still have 9 players — NO replacement allowed
⚖️ ROSTER PROTEST DEADLINE
Must be made before the end of the 2nd inning
❌ No protests after the 2nd inning
🧢 COACHES RULE
• Max 4 coaches in the dugout
• Only 2 coaches allowed on the field (defense)
✔️ Pitching coach may sit outside dugout
✔️ Fielding coach may be outside dugout
🚨 Enforcement
1st offense – Warning
2nd offense – EJECTION
💰 PAYMENTS
💳 Online payments = +$10 fee
💵 Cash accepted before first game

• 3 AA players OR
• 2 AA + 1 AAA
