Chase N’ Gobblers

Coaches & Parents, if you are receiving this message, you are signed up to play in the Chase'n Gobblers event November 7th. This event will be played at Shiloh Park in Brandon, the Quarry in Brandon, & Magee Sports Complex. The schedule will be released Tuesday November 3rd so teamsm have plenty of time to plan their travel. 

If your team is no longer playing in this event, please log into your account and withdraw. For help on how to withdraw, Click Here! 

In order to be placed on the schedule, your team must be paid in full by end of Monday the 2nd. Teams who drop out after the schedule has been released will forfeit this fee. 

The schedule will be released Tuesday November 3rd.

Payments are due by Monday night November 2nd!

Reminder, it is Grand Slam MS policy that teams who drop out of an event after the schedule is released will still owe the entry fee & the team will not be scheduled in an event until that fee is pay. For special circumstances that may occur, please reach out to the Tournament Director .

Teams who decide not to play & withdraw before the schedule is released will receive a credit toward their next Grand Slam event. 

In the instance that the event is canceled for any reason, teams will also receive a credit toward their next event based on the amount of games they played in the event.

Grand Slam has a no tolerance conduct policy. It's real simple, we expect people to not cross the line.

If you cuss at a player, coach, fan, umpire, staff etc...you're gone for the event.

If you make a threat toward a player, coach, fan, umpire, staff etc, you will be banned from attending Grand Slam events.

If we have to remove a fan from the complex due to conduct, the head coach will also be ejected from that game. No exceptions. 

• Gate fee is $12/per person ages 13 & up
• No Pay at the Plate
• Entry fees need to be paid no later than Tuesday. If you need to make arrangements, please reach out to your director.
• All formats are 2 pool games into double elimination. Pool games can end in a tie. 
• Seeding is done by  Head to head when applicable, Runs allowed, Run differential, Runs scored, Coin Flip
• In Grand Slam, a team can only get a max credit of 10 runs scored in a game & a max of a 7 run differential. For example, if you win a game 12-2...your runs scored will show as 10 & your RD will show as 7
• Run rule is 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
• In Grand Slam we do not play IF games in the bracket. The championship game is winner take all! 
• Brandon locations will be a 15.00 gate fee 12 and under free.
• Magee location will be 12.00 gate fee. 

• Divisions will be open early in fall...split brackets if enough teams.

8U- 

50 minute time limit, finish the inning.

No Infield Fly.

Pitch must cross the plate before baserunners can leave the base.

No bunting

7 runs and switch

6 pitch max, if you foul the 6th pitch off, you keep hitting

9U- 

60 minute time limit, finish the inning.

No Infield Fly.

6 runs & switch

10U- 

60 minute time limit, finish the inning.

No Infield Fly.

12U-HS

1:10 time limit, finish the inning.
