Grandslam Softball Rules
- C Class and Below: Maximum of 2 pickup players per team; Players who have been picked up for a tournament are only allowed to pitch if they came from another C class roster.
- All USA/USSSA stamped bats are legal
o Exception: Gold Ghost bat is allowed. The Blue Ghost bat is not allowed.
- No metal spikes are allowed until the 14U division.
- 8U Runner Leaving The Base Rule:
o C Class: Runners must wait until the ball crosses the plate to leave.
o B Class and Open Class: Players may leave once the pitching coach releases the ball. Ball is out of the coaches hand.
- 8U Maximum Runs per inning will be 7.
- ALABAMA plays by the DP Flex rule. We no longer use the twin rule.
