Gate Fees

Friday night gate fee is $5

Saturday there is a two day pass available for $15

Sunday gate fee is still $10 without the two day pass.

Saturday & Sunday there will be a senior citizen & Green Military ID discount available for $5.

Ages 12 & under are always free.

  • Event Rosters will be enforced. It's up to you to double check them & if you are having any issues you need to let us know. All players need to show on the event roster. Please do all you can to move players from pending to approved.
  • Be prepared to play 15 minutes after previous game ends. 
  • Gate fees are $10/daily for ages 13 & up. 
  • Friday night gate fee is $5
  • There is a two day pass for $15
  • Senior Citizen Discount & Military Discount is $5. Military Discount is for the Green ID
  • 13U can only use -5 or -3 bats. 
  • 14U can only use - 3 bats. 
  • 9U-12U pitching is 8 innings for the weekend. No Daily Limit     13 & 14 is 10 innings for the weekend. No daily limits. 
  • 9UR time limit is 1:20 & there is a 6 run per inning limit for pool Play. Bracket play will also be an 1:20 but no 6 run per inning will be in play. 
  • Coach Pitch time limit is 55 minutes (Edited 3-23)
  • 9UA-12UAA is 1:20 (Edited 3-23)
  • 12UAAA is 1:30 (Edited 3-23)
  • 13UAA & 13UAAA & 14U time limit on Saturday is 1:25 due to not being able to play Friday night. Sunday is 1:30  (Edited 3-25)
  • DO NOT let an umpire tell you they are stopping a game within 5 minutes of the time limit. Stop the plate meeting or when you are told this immediately and call for a director. 
  • Pay attention to your post game score cards before signing. 
  • Catchers must wear a one piece helmet. 
  • Protest fees are $300 cash up front no exceptions. You get this back for a successful protest. Protest must be done between the 1st pitch & last pitch and it is encouraged to do as early as possible if you think you will be protesting. Protest must be done during the game. 
  • Run rules are 12 after 3 - 10 after 4 - 8 after 5
  • Extra innings - Last batter from the previous inning on 2nd base with 0 outs. 
  • 2nd Extra inning - Last 3 batters from previous inning to load the bases with 1 out. 
  • 3rd to 1st pick off is legal. 
  • Head first slides are legal to any base unless a face mask, jaw protector or chin strap is being worn. 
  • Grand Slam plays be National Federation High School rules...with the exception of rules listed here or corporate Grand Slam. State Directors have the discretion to modify corporate rules. 
  • Teams get 3 passes for coaches. Coach pitch teams get 4. Please discuss with your staff what names were submitted so there is no confusion at the gate. There will be a team list at each gate...once that team's spots are full that will be all. Coaches will receive arm bands and they must be worn for the weekend. 
  • Make checks out to "The Tournament Team" and pay your field director no later than start of 2nd pool play game. 2nd Pool Play game will NOT start until entry fee is paid. 
  • There is a director for every 4 fields. If you have an issue stop the game and call for a director. We can't help you after the game is over. 
  • Be respectful to the gate girls.

Coaches, if we have to remove one of your fans from the complex, the head coach will also be ejected for that game. Fan will not be allowed to return for that event. 

Any pattern of badgering of an umpire, other fans, coaches, players, directors, gate workers, etc...will result in being escorted from the park by Brandon, Pearl or Ridgeland PD. Coaches, if you put your hands on an umpire, you will be prosecuted & vice versa for umpires to coaches. Tournament Directors have the discretion to have anyone removed from the park.

Gate fees are nonrefundable. 

Directors are on site...if you have issues or rule interpretations, stop the game and call for a director. We can't help you after the game ends.
