Games at Clinton are cancelled!

However, we are working on a possible option at Shiloh Park.

We will not be able to make that decision until 12:00. Your games would not start before 2:00.

Everyone please be patient. Our staff, along with each Parks & Rec Department are doing all we can to try and get this in.

  • Event Rosters will be enforced. It's up to you to double check them & if you are having any issues you need to let us know. All players need to show on the event roster. Please do all you can to move players from pending to approved. 
  • Be prepared to play 15 minutes after previous game ends. 
  • Each team is required to provide 2 game conditioned High School quality balls for pool play. We will provide for Bracket play. We do have balls on site...$5/ball or $50/dozen
  • Gate fees are $7/daily for ages 12 & up. No two day passes.There is a 3 day pass availavle Friday night, keep in mind before purchasing this that your team could play bracket games Saturday night and be eliminated. Passes are non refundable. 
  • 13U can only use -5 or -3 bats. 
  • 14U can only use - 3 bats. 
  • 9U-12U pitching is 8 innings for the weekend. No Daily Limit     13 & 14 is 10 innings for the weekend. No daily limits. 
  • 10UR in Clinton One Day pitching rules are 6 innings for the day. 10UR time limit all day is 1:20
  • All 9U-12U pool play games are 1:20     13U All weekend is 1:30      14U all weekend is 1:40
  • 9UR bracket games are still 1:20
  • 9UA-12U bracket games are 1:30
  • 9UR time limit is 1:20 & there is a 6 run per inning limit for pool Play. Bracket play will also be an 1:20 but no 6 run per inning will be in play for bracket. During pool play...if you are the home team and time expires and you are down by more than 6 runs or if you are the visitors and batting...you still get your time to bat because even though you can't mathematically win, any runs you score could affect pool play. If you have an issue with this on the field call for a director immediately. Do NOT leave the field. 
  • Coach Pitch time limit is 1:00
  • DO NOT let an umpire tell you they are stopping a game within 5 minutes of the time limit. Stop the plate meeting or when you are told this immediately and call for a director. 
  • Pay attention to your post game score cards before signing. Make sure the score is correct & the pitching is correct. 
  • Catchers must wear a one piece helmet. 
  • Protest fees are $300 cash up front no exceptions. You get this back for a successful protest. Protest must be done between the 1st pitch & last pitch and it is encouraged to do as early as possible if you think you will be protesting. Protest must be done during the game. 
  • Run rules are 12 after 3 - 10 after 4 - 8 after 5
  • Extra innings - Last batter from the previous inning on 2nd base with 0 outs. 
  • 2nd Extra inning - Last 3 batters from previous inning to load the bases with 1 out. 
  • 3rd to 1st pick off is legal. 
  • Head first slides are legal to any base unless a face mask is being worn. 
  • Grand Slam plays be National Federation High School rules...with the exception of rules listed here or corporate Grand Slam. State Directors have the discretion to modify corporate rules. 
  • Teams get 3 passes for coaches. Coach pitch teams get 4. Please discuss with your staff what names were submitted so there is no confusion at the gate. There will be a team list at each gate...once that team's spots are full that will be all. Coaches will receive arm bands and they must be worn for the weekend. 
  • Make checks out to "The Tournament Team" and pay your field director no later than start of 2nd pool play game. 2nd Pool Play game will NOT start until entry fee is paid. 
  • There is a director for every 4 fields. If you have an issue stop the game and call for a director. We can't help you after the game is over. 
  • Be respectful to the gate girls. 


Any pattern of badgering of an umpire, other fans, coaches, players, directors, gate workers, etc...will result in being escorted from the park by Flowood, Brandon, Clinton or Ridgeland PD. Coaches, if you put your hands on an umpire, you will be prosecuted & vice versa for umpires to coaches. Tournament Directors have the discretion to have anyone removed from the park. Gate fees are nonrefundable.
