- Event Rosters will be enforced. It's up to you to double check them & if you are having any issues you need to let us know. Please do all you can to move players from pending to approved. "Pending" Does not make a player illegal.
- Also, until Monday, a player that is listed on two rosters is not illegal unless said player plays on two teams during the same event.
- Be prepared to play 15 minutes after previous game ends.
- We will provide baseballs for every game. However, please be prepared to throw in game quality balls if necessary. Also, please help retrieve foul balls and return them to the field.
- Most divisions have bracket games Saturday. Please keep this in mind when purchasing your gate ticket. If you buy a 3 day or 2 day pass and get eliminated Saturday night, we cannot refund your gate money. Gate fees are non-refundable so please know this ahead of time.
- Gate fees Friday are - 3 day pass is $20 - $5 Daily (two day passes are not available Friday)
- Gate fees Saturday are - 2 day pass for $15 - Daily pass for $10 - Senior Citizen/Military Green ID $5
- Gate fees Sunday are - $10 daily - Senior Citizen/Military Green ID $5
- Ages 12 & under are free.
- 13U can only use -5 or -3 bats. NO STEEL SPIKES (Except field 7 at Pearl)
- 14U can only use - 3 bats. NO STEEL SPIKES (Except field 7 at Pearl
- 9U-12U pitching is 8 innings for the weekend. No Daily Limit
- 13 & 14 pitching is 10 innings for the weekend. No daily limits.
- 9UAS & 9UA have a 6 run per inning limit for pool pool play only. Bracket play will have no 6 run per inning limit.
- Coach Pitch time limit is 55 minutes (time limit Saturday is 50 minutes) edited at 7:50 am.
- 9UAS-12UAA & 12U Open is 1:20 time limit
- 12UAAA-14UAA is 1:30 time limit
- 14U AAA IS 1:40 time limit
- DO NOT let an umpire tell you they are stopping a game within 5 minutes of the time limit. Stop the plate meeting or when you are told this immediately and call for a director. We can't help you once a game has ended.
- PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SCORE CARD BEFORE SIGNING! CHECK THE SCORE & THE PITCHING! MAKE SURE IT'S RIGHT BEFORE SIGNING!
- Catchers must wear a one piece helmet.
- Protest fees are $300 cash up front no exceptions. You get this back for a successful protest. Protest must be done between the 1st pitch & last pitch and it is encouraged to do as early as possible if you think you will be protesting. Protest must be done during the game.
- Run rules are 12 after 3 - 10 after 4 - 8 after 5
- Extra innings - Last batter from the previous inning on 2nd base with 0 outs.
- 2nd Extra inning - Last 3 batters from previous inning to load the bases with 1 out.
- 3rd to 1st pick off is legal.
- Head first slides are legal to any base unless a face mask, jaw protector or chin strap is being worn. This does not apply when returning to base that was occupied.
- Grand Slam plays be National Federation High School rules...with the exception of rules listed here or corporate Grand Slam. State Directors have the discretion to modify corporate rules.
- Teams get 3 passes for coaches. Coach pitch teams get 4. Please discuss with your staff what names were submitted so there is no confusion at the gate. There will be a team list at each gate...once that team's spots are full that will be all. Coaches will receive arm bands and they must be worn for the weekend.
- Make checks out to "The Tournament Team" and pay your field director no later than start of 2nd pool play game. 2nd Pool Play game will NOT start until entry fee is paid.
- Online Payments will be turned off once the event starts. See other payment options below.
- There is a director for every 4 fields. If you have an issue stop the game and call for a director. We can't help you after the game is over.

Coaches, if we have to remove one of your fans from the complex, the head coach will also be ejected for that game. Fan will not be allowed to return for that event.
Coaches, if you are ejected from a game that is not fan related, you will sit out the next game.
Any pattern of badgering of an umpire, other fans, coaches, players, directors, gate workers, etc...will result in being escorted from the park by Brandon, Pearl, or Ridgeland PD. Coaches, if you put your hands on an umpire, you will be prosecuted & vice versa for umpires to coaches. Tournament Directors have the discretion to have anyone removed from the park.
Gate fees are nonrefundable.
Directors are on site...if you have issues or rule interpretations, stop the game and call for a director. We can't help you after the game ends.

- Local teams could play Friday night. If you are not a local team, no need to tell us you can't play Friday.
- Local teams, if you do not put in the schedule request that you "can't" play Friday, we will assume you can.
- Playing Friday doesn't assure you of playing both games Friday.
- There will be bracket games Saturday night for most divisions, not all.
- It's possible that Coach Pitch will be a 1 day, not confirmed yet, but possible.
- Schedule request tab is open. If you will need a schedule request, the tab will be open through Monday night.
- Schedule request made by text, email, or phone call could be missed.
- If using your phone, make sure you are logged in, go to Boys of Summer Event, Schedule request will be the bottom right icon on your phone screen.
- If you are using a desktop/laptop, go to the Boys of Summer Event page and schedule request tab will be on the left.
- If your plans have changed, please log in and withdraw. Do this by clicking on the event under your team summary.
