IN THE EVENT OF RAIN where play CANNOT be completed, Awards will be given based on TEAM SEEDING relative to either side of the bracket at the time the tournament is called off unless the game in progress at the time of postponement is an official game where 3 ½ innings have been completed or falls under the official game rules listed above.

TOURNAMENT INFO:


Please read information below to help answer any questions you may have regarding this event.
  • 3 game minimum. 2 pool play into single elimination bracket play. 
  • NO pets allowed past the gate entrance. 
  • Boom boxes are allowed as long as the music is played at a respectful volume to other fields. 
  • NO outside food or drink allowed past any gate entry. 
  • No smoking or alcohol allowed inside the venue.
  • Two baseballs provided every game (*Please RETRIEVE foul balls.*)



Tournament Fee:

  • 7u-12u Entry Fee = $100
  • 7u-8u Pay @ The Plate = $30.00 Per Game
  • 9u-12u Pay @ The Plate = $40/GAME -----   80 MIN - $50/Per Game
  • Gate Fees: DAY PASS $10/person. 12 & under are free.



Game Times:

  • 7u-8u: 1HR  or 6 innings 
  • 9u-10u: 1HR  or 6 innings
  • 11u-12u: 1HR or 6 innings 


 •9u-12u bracket play games will be 75 Minutes- PAP $50/game

**9u-12u championship's will be 1 HR 20 MIN**


Pitching Limits:

  • 9u-12u: 6 innings for this EVENT - NO PITCH COUNT

**We expect coaches and parents to monitor there kids as each individual is different.**


Mercy Rules:

  • 12 runs after 3 innings
  • 10 runs after 4 innings
  • 8 runs after 5 innings
