TOURNAMENT INFO:
Please read information below to help answer any questions you may have regarding this event.
- 3 game minimum. 2 pool on Saturday into single elimination bracket play on Sunday.
- Umpire in charge and site director on site 24/7.
- NO pets allowed past the gate entrance.
- Boom boxes are allowed as long as the music is played at a respectful volume to other fields.
- NO outside food or drink allowed past any gate entry.
- No smoking or alcohol allowed inside the venue.
- Two baseballs provided every game (*Please RETRIEVE foul balls.*)
Tournament Fee:
- 7u-14u Entry Fee = $0 (Will return to $100 January 1st)
- 7u Pay @ The Plate = $35.00 Per Game
- 8u Pay @ The Plate = $40.00 Per Game
- 9u-12u Pay @ The Plate = $60.00 Per Game
- 13u-14u Pay @ The Plate = $65.00 Per Game
- Gate Fees: DAY PASS $15/person. 12 & under are free.
**Please understand that the gate fee is this high to the expenses of this event. We did are best to counter with Early Bird Registration for $0. We will set the standard for an experience at an event.**
Schedule Request:
- Please utilize the schedule request option when necessary for your team.
- These are prioritized by earliest submitted request. -- Please note that does not mean we do not take other issues into account.
- This is a tool for you to utilize when you will be short players to start games.
Game Times:
- 7u: 1HR or 6 innings
- 8u: 1HR 10MIN, or 6 innings
- 9u-12u: 1HR 30MIN, or 6 innings
- 13u-14u: 1HR 40MIN, or 7 innings
Pitching Limits:
- 9u-12u: 8 innings for a TWO DAY EVENT - NO PITCH COUNT
- 13u-14u: 10 innings for a TWO DAY EVENT - NO PITCH COUNT
**We expect coaches and parents to monitor there kids as each individual is different.**
Mercy Rules:
- 12 runs after 3 innings
- 10 runs after 4 innings
- 8 runs after 5 innings
Award Package:
**Team and individual awards to Champions and Finalist.**
Team: (1st) 5 FT Wood Bat Trophy, Banner, & Hat for 3 Coaches per team. (2nd) Banner & Hat for 3 Coaches per team.
Individual: Rings
