We did all we could do to fit everyone in for a 1 day event...this meant being a bit creative.
Time limit is 1:10 minutes

9-A We only had room to take the top 5 teams to bracket
11-AA We only had room to take the top 4 teams to bracket
12-AA We only had room to take the top 5 teams to bracket.
Teams who do not get their 3rd game will be issued an $85 credit toward their next event.

Good afternoon, a decision on this weekend's event will be made at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
We will have a Sunday only option at a few parks so please be making your plans to either withdraw or play.
The option to withdraw won't be available until tomorrow once the decision is made.
We will give teams all day Wednesday to make that decision, therefore, schedules will not be made until Thursday.
Why are we making this call so early? This weekend is more than just some rain, there is a threat of a potential outbreak of severe weather. We do not want players & families nor our staff on the road during this. Also, parks have to prepare for food and beverage and staff.
